What to Include in Your Message
If your question is about a specific work, the title of the painting and a link to its page let us answer in one reply instead of three. For a sizing question, the width of the wall and the width of the furniture beneath it are usually all we need. For a trade enquiry, tell us how many pieces you are considering and the date you need them.
You May Already Have Your Answer
Shipping is free worldwide and takes 5 to 7 business days by UPS or DHL once the work leaves the studio. Hand-painted oils are made to order and need 14 to 28 days to paint and cure before dispatch, so a hand-painted piece is a commission rather than a stock item. Every hand-painted oil is photographed and sent to you for approval before it ships, and corrections can be asked for at that point. An order can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Returns are accepted for 30 days, with return shipping at the buyer’s cost.

When You Write
The studio works to Vietnam time, GMT+7. A message sent late in the European or American afternoon is normally answered the following morning. Our replies come from [email protected], so if two business days pass without an answer, please check your spam folder before writing again.
